Did you use the self clean function? That always ruins everything!
Try flipping the breaker for 5 minutes to reset and release the lock.

SOURCE: electric igniters dont shut off
Remember to turn the control knob past the "LITE" setting once the burner fires.
If that is not the issue you have one or more defective spark switches.
Each valve has its own switch wired in series with the others.

if its the burner that hase the intermitent timer on it
i have the same problem & I troubleshooted it.
if u take the cover off thier is a part on it that the rest dont have. its a red thing that rotates & thier are little contacts in it. for some reason thier is something that messed up inside it.
i took both mine apart & switced the guts & one of the little "boards"
is not working properly.
so im shure that is your problem
