you can go on the website of the manufacturer and search for the manual, and usually you will have to download the manual to your computer. The date and time are set when you receive the first call after plugging in your phone.I have the owners manual if you need more help.

It must get the date and time from Caller ID when it gets a call. When I first set mine up, the date was 01/01 and time 12:00. Now after receiving three calls, the date and time are correct.

The number of rings (2/4/toll saver) is set by a switch on the side of the base on the FM2575. From the picture, it looks like the number of rings switch is on the back near the ring volume switch.

press the memo button, then use the ^ or v keys to scroll to"phone T or P (tone or pulse) select the one u want and press memo to save.

There is no voicemail for this model.
