Bernina deco 500 the carriage doesn't move

Currently, I saw a Bernette 600 Deco manual for sale on eBay; also he Bernette 500 Deco manual is available for download on the Bernina site. Before I purchased one, I would call Bernina to see if they have one you can either download or purchase. Their number is 630-978-2500. You can not connect the Deco 600 to a computer. Buy the Brother PED-Basic software rather than the Magic Box, Brother makes the Bernina Deco...

I searched all my available spots online for a free manual and found nothing, I'm afraid. but Bernina's are not easy to find for free. I'll give you what I found for download, though, which is much cheaper than a hard copy.

I'm sorry I didn't find anything else. You might try doing a search on eBay. Oftentimes, someone sells a manual there for a machine that no longer works or they sell an emailed copy of one they've scanned in to make a few bucks.

Let me start but telling you that a deco 340 is a good machine and should be sewing great.
First check your threading, make shure you have the presser foot up when you thread the machine. Sounds like that could be the problem.
If you are sure you are threading it right and it is still not working. It could be a timing problem. I had a lady come it with that same problem and it was timed incorectly. That machine needs to be timed to a 1.8mm loop lift. Most machines are set to 2.0-2.3mm. I would ask your teck about this and if he does not now this and is not willing to set it to 1.8mm I would find a new bernina tec.

Yes, I need a manual for the Bernia Bernette Deco 600. Following the death of my daughter, My grand daughter said she did not want any of her mom's sewing equipment. I kept them for her and now she feels she would like to have the embroidery machine. However, we were unable to locate the manual for the deco 600. I am unable to locate one on line...only good reason...due to my inexperience at the computer I am unable to locate a manual for her. Any assistance you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Hi have pes2card for writing cards, I have a bernettee for bernina card no 73203 is this compatible with my pes system say no card in reader when i put card in

Not sure if you found anything out, but Deco 600 uses PES format only.
If you have the software (Deco Wizard) sometimes you can change it to PES and save the design.
