Just realised after looking it doesnt look like its draining properly.
SO JUST PULL IT APART OR WACH A VIDEO ON HOW TO DISSASEMBLE THE DISHWASHER AND THE PUMP
Sounds like blocked filter, its down bottom R.hand side switch off power make sure as little waterin machinebefore starting, then Get a towel unscrew the filter remove blockage/ refit Bobs your uncle....
Is this right hand side as you look at it from the front or is it in the back as this is exactly what mine is doing xx
Can anyone confirm as my filter seems ok (internal in the floor of dishwasher) and dishwasher is discharging water as it should, but then lights 2 & 3 light up and machine stops. Have tried powering off and on. Can't find any other filters...
I also get p3 & p4 flashing no matter what program I set, even on reset. The discharge is ok, the filter is clean and the pump seems to be working. Any other ideas?

SOURCE: HOTPOINT DISHWASHER FDW60
Hi,
I have just had my dishwasher fixed by Hotpoint, as the heater was working and the dishwasher only stopped with the fast and delicate lights just before the drying process he replaced the main control board. This has solved the problem, I suspected the fault to be the thermistor as the heater seemed to be getting to hot but I had no idea where it was.
It turns out the thermistor is attached to the main control board and hangs down behind the front door that gives just a rough temperature level for the main control board.
As it's soldered directly onto the control board I would suggest replacing the whole control pcb for anyone with this fault unless you can find any spec details for the thermistor.

possibly due to water in the sump tray. tilt machine back at 45deg and see if water runs out. if it does and you get rid of the water that way, then the machine should operate. if it reoccurs, then you have a leak
