When downloading drivers, its best to only download them from manufacturer websites. For example, you may be able to download drivers separately from each device manufacturer:

Vista does not have a stand-alone feature for Compaq Presario c700 webcam. You need to have another application to use the webcam. Fortunately, I found an application, YouCam, that allows you to take snapshots (and even videos) using the built-in webcam of the laptop.
