If both your bake and broil element does not work, then there might be a problem with the wiring communication. It is most likely to be the bulb which is faulty.

You should be able to replace it quite easily, nornally the bulb cover will turn anticlockwise and reveal the bulb which you then replace , remember to use a high temperature replacement.
