My breville juicer won't turn on after working only minutes earlier. Did the motor burn out?

Sounds like the shaft bearing is going out.

Depends on how old it is. It could have bad brushes in the motor or it may have burned up. Do you smell burned insulation etc.? If it just quit there may be a problem with the switch or the cord. Wiggle things and replug etc. to see if that is the problem. Otherwise, you may need a voltage tester to check for power.

First, turn off the power at the circuit breaker and look for a small reset button. There should be one. If not, leave the juicer on off - and turn the circuit brkr. back on, and try again. If this still doesn't work. Check and see if you're plugged into a GFI receptacle, which has a little reset button on it. In fact, you can check this first. Good Luck to you! However reliable and durable your Juicer is, at one point in time it will need Replacement of parts. It is Great to buy a model from an established brand like Breville, where Juicer parts or accessories for these juicer machines are easily available.

The coupling on the juicer basket end is no big problem, but the coupling on the motor end is a big problem as you need to stop the motor from rotating to unscrew the coupling. This means remiving the base of the juicer which may be difficult because of the type of screws involved.

I used needle nose pliers, it took a bit of patience but I got the screws out. I think I might replace them with regular screws. My juicer does not run either. Let me know if you find the problem with yours.
