My scooter worked when I brought it but when going over bumpy ground went off, in the end I singled it out to the shroud is squashing the controller wires and making my scooter stop, I now have to replace the wire myself on a shoprider deluxe so any advice would be welcome. I know it's an old post but here's hoping
Probably about 20 to 25 miles depending on the weight it is hauling and the inclines it has to climb. The 20-25 miles is on a level surface, no gravel.

Kathryn Was the scooter working when she bought it? If the batteries were fully charged and now it won't charge then I would suspect the charger. If the scooter wasn't charged when she got it and won't charge then I would replace the batteries Hope this helps
