Ds lite my son dropped his ds lite and ever since it does not power up at all no lights come on.it did get wet the day before but appeared to be working fine until it was dropped

Components may have come loose on the board, or damaged solder joints. Water damage can sometimes only appear after water has had time to seep, unless knock helped throw some residual water around inside, onto things it shouldn't touch.

My son's nintendo ds lite was dropped into water

if you go onto ebay you can buy the correct screwdriver for 50p it is called a triwing screwdriver my daughter did the same to my ds she poured juice into the back i opened it up gave it a good clean with some cotton buds left it open for a couple of days and it works fine now hope this helps.

Nintendo DS lite - dropped

Might be worth taking it into a phone repair shop to see if they can replace the LCD screen. (yes, a phone repair shop - a lot of them do portable console screens too!) If they can't do it, it's probably unfixable realistically.

DS Card Not Recognized

the card slot may be dusty, blow gently into it (making sure no spittle gets in) or get a clean cloth and wipe the outside of it. On no account must the slot get wet, or it will probably get damaged and will not work.

DS Lite does not power up

If the console has overcharged or has been used for long periods of time or could just be fluke, chances are the fuses are blown on the main motherboard try this link, this guy fixed my ds and i had the exact same problems as you guys have
