The microwave is seem to be working fine but it is not heating up the food or anything.
With the symptoms you have, I would most strongly suspect a shorted high voltage rectifier diode or a bad magnetron.
The diode is a fairly cheap fix, and the mag will cost more.
There should be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful
when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.
At
our Web site, we have a video
available showing how to remove a typical
over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.
If you don't find your mini-manual,
or if you want to look at it before removing the controller, you can
download it here (just enter your model
number).
Here are some links you
or someone you know can use for test help, but read their safety
warnings first:

(if it's not shorted or burned, it's
probably okay)

You can find
helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your full
model number from the tag on the oven here.
We're
happy to help you with free advice and we'd appreciate your
thoughtful rating of our answer.

Until Until FixYa fixes their site, I have to add dashed lines

When you hit "Start" to
microwave, do the inside light, cooling fan, and turntable all
come on?

Any unusual noises? Is
it louder or quieter than usual?

We have a sound clip of
what a microwave should sound like when the cooling fan and high
voltage section are operating here.
