Powers up but i cant do anything at all

It shows the wallpaper and shows settings,i cant enter the settings if i try it just freezes then i cant turn it off the green light flashes continuosley until i turn power off at the back thats all i cant do anything at all

Try this. works for PS2

1) turn off PS3
2) unplug PS3 and wait a couple minutes before plugging back in.
3) turn on PS3

My Acer Aspire One netbook only changes the wallpaper to solid colors.

one day my desktop switched from my selected theme to solid black. I could not choose anything else until I activated Windows - because the "trial period" had expired.
That was also in Win7

My widget id messed up and it shows nothing. and i cant change my wallpaper until i turn it off.

You can go to settings and say turn off. you change wallpaper then.

go to your menu press the settings button, go to phone settings, go to memory manager, then press primary storage setting and pess exernal memory! I had this problem myself and my mum helped me work it out!

sounds like that when you did a restore one of the files did not load correctly try using your repair disk and that should fix it

V3M won't load main screen

The phone's firmware needs to be reflash take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reflash the phone there for you, this should correct any issues that you may have at present.

Motorola v3m razr has frozen up

If you have a memory card in your phone, try taking it out and then turning it on. Sometimes if you have to much on your card it will freeze up. Never store anything directly to a memory card in your phone.
