"34" is an error code for lamp abnormality.
Since you've already replaced the lamp, it is not the suspect now. You must check the condition of the ballast board first. Please let me know if you can troubleshoot the ballast board through series of test using the multimeter.

i didn't know mac needed drivers for projectors.... windows just connects right away

Contact the dealer where you purchased the unit. You paid for the manual and have a right to it. Stand fast and demand your manual, even if he has to take it out of another unit.

it sound like someone has "unticked" maps go to settings then maps and map info and look for the screen that says city navigator, and tick box that should work unless someone has attached to pc and wiped maps
