Hi, Please refer to your tomtom user manual which has the default pass code embedded within it which should be entered on your phone to pair it.
You can try some codes like "1234" "1111" or "0000" as most device might have these as default codes. I Hope this is helpful to you Thanks

Hello my friend, unless you can find someone that repairs sat-navs, You will have to contact TomTom.com, and ask the same question in the support pages, sorry mate.

try downloading tom tom home to your computer and use your dock or cable to connect it to your computer, switch on your tomtom and allow it to connect to your computer and updates should automatically happen, this should fix it, good luck

i cant get maps of the world for free i am dissapointed as i baught this sat nav ystem from a local store in swansea the sales assistant told me that it would come with maps for europe thats hy i baught one of you products i am not happy as the sat nav only has british maps the company wont take back my nav now please help!!!

The tomtom GO 300 does not need an installation disk. It has firmware ( thats a sort of pre-installed software ) that is put on it at the tomtom factory. If the firmware has become corrupted it can be reinstalled or "updated" by logging on here > http://www.tomtom.com/plus/service.php?ID=17 then click the DOWNLOAD TOMTOM HOME Link. Then connect your tomtom to your computer with a USB lead. Run the TomTom-Home software you downloaded and select "UPDATE MY PRODUCT" . After that , if you don't already have one you will need a valid SD card for your tomtom containing the maps for your country and some other activation codes which you get when you purchase maps from tomtom.

Have you created a TomTom account? For each device you own it needs its own e mail address which it links to and you need to be logged in when you plug in your Tomtom.
