either its the oven sensor rod located at the top of the ovens cavity,or your bake element could be getting a hot spot which is when it gets a discolored spot in the element and can no longer pass sufficient current to heat the oven past 250 degrees
Hello there: This code is a fairly common code with these ovens Unfortunatly the code is refering to a faulty key pad you will need to have it replaced. or repaired Depending on your model this will cost any where from 130 to 250 dollars for the part ok? Hope this is very helpful for you

The control (TIMER) has likely failed in this instance - BUT...
Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets confused. You should disconnect power again for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps.
If it doesn't cure the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display. This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control.
Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.

Some gas ranges may take 10 or so minutes to light.
Other than that you may have a defective glow bar ignitor.
If it glows and does not light the reistance in the ignitior has failed.
try the broiler if it lights then replace the oven ignighter in the bottom under the bottom plate of the oven cavity reply if the broiler doesn't light
