I suspect this is a message you're seeing on a notebook, computer or other device that has a keyboard. The "Fn" key is the "Function" key. When the "Fn" key pressed at the same time another key is pressed - in this case the F4 key, a different result will occur when compared to pressing the F4 alone. This works the same way as when you use the SHIFT key and a letter key - instead of a lower case letter, you get an upper case letter.
Typically, the keys on the keyboard are labeled in a light color. Keys that have a second purpose or function, will have a second label printed in a different color / slight smaller text or both. This label may be text or an icon or graphic. In order to invoke the second function of the F4 key, you will need to inspect the keyboard for the key that has is labeled with "Fn" text on it.
