My aqulink rs says check AquaPure General Fault Filter pump.... What does this mean and waht do I do?

Time to clean the filter time to check for basket clean or the salt chlorination cell give up time to replace them

I have a Purelink system. I have to remove 2 screws and the panel drops revealing the back screen for the salt system.
On that screen after 5 minutes. It flashes service and a 20 code. YES! A 20 code. Not a 120 code. No other numbers come up. There is no part of the 1 shown on the screen. The 20 code is well centered.
Any ideas?? Thank you!
