Nokia 6300 White Screen Contact Service

I have a nokia 6300. When I turned it on after turning it off the night before, i only get a white screen which says Contact Service on it. There are no other buttons that I can press. Can anyone help?

One solution is to reflash your phone memory, other than that is a bit more complicated, it may be phone main processor, water inside, or power source, try to find a mobile phone service

it is a error occured due to the attack of virus or by external shock
so pls change the software from nokia care
dont use the viruse affected memory cards & don't recive viruse affected datas from other phone

Screen freezes after switching on.
Try taking the battery out and cleaning the connectors...you can do this with an eraser on a pencil...the connectors are the gold pieces where the battery connects...

Hi, when i turn my nokia 6300 phone on, as it is coming on, the message symbol is flashing with a yellow arrow, the phone then goes to a blank white screen then reloads 2 or 3 times then switches off...
try a factory reset on the phone, if this doesnt work make sure all your messages are deleted and also try installing the latest software on the phone, this can be done from www.nokia.com

Try this:
Take your SIM card out.
Make sure your phone battery is fully charged.
Press * 3 send at the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.
