hallo sujanajohan, coba cek kabel kipas processor apakah sudah tersambung ke motherboard atau belum? jika sudah berarti ada dua kemungkinan: 1. power supply yang anda gunakan kekurangan daya (Watt) 2. kipas processor anda sudah rusak.
jika kipas procesor anda terbilang masih baru maka kemungkinan besar power supply anda yang bermasalah. karena lampu LED motherboard hidup berarti power supply anda tidak rusak, maka kemungkinan terbesar dari masalah anda adalah daya power supply anda kurang besar
NB: jika anda membeli power supply yang harganya hanya sekitar 100ribuan walaupun Watt-nya besar seperti 450W, tetapi sebenarnya itu bukan 'truepower' sehingga daya yang dihasilkan tidak sebesar yang tertera di kardus, belilah power supply yang memiliki true power, harganya memang mahal, tetapi sebuah power supply yang memiliki true power berdaya 380W lebih baik daripada power supply 450W yang tidak memiliki true power, dan tegangannya stabil tidak merusak komponen komputer yang lain

If this is the mobo in question it's probably one, or more of the Voltage Regulator Modules has gone bad.
(Voltage Regulator for the Processor. Two Processors, two Voltage Regulators)

Or perhaps one, or more of the Electrolytic Capacitors have gone bad.
