you can have the flex changed by a technician or if you want to do it yourself, here's a youtube vidon how to do it
Yes you can replace the lcd only but its kind of a job. You have to replace the lcd and ribbon cable as one piece they are kind of tricky to get apart. If you like i do this kind of repair on a daily basis if you send me an email ill gladly take a look at it for you! [email protected]
