Media problem I have a nokia 5800 express music, four months old and I'm having problems with it already. I can't use media player, i get an error message " General: system code error". It won't allow me to restore factory setting either. I can't sychronised music from PC, computer can't detect device connected even though the connection wire from my nokia to pc is plug in. How do you format nokia 5800? Please help.

What i would recommend you to do is to format the player using the player itself and if that doesnt solve the problem i would recommend you to use windows media player to format your device...to format your player using windows media player go under the sync tab..assuming that you are running windows media player 11..your device should be listed there on the right side...just right click on it and hit format and that should solve the problem..DO NOT USE MY COMPUTER TO FORMAT THE PLAYER BECAUSE IT WILL DELETE EVERYTHING ON THE PLAYER INCLUDING THE FIRMWARE...let me know if that doesnt solve the problem...
