Why does my toploader only run water for wash I only have a hot tap connected can it be the reason why it only taps water in wash mode but does not tap water as soon as it goes to rinse mode

I have an WTW4400 that will not let any hot in,The tech changed the temp sensor and it worked for a month or so and the same problem is back..Screens are ok..Jim.

You are better off swapping the valves over in the machine until you can buy a replacement valve. I've done this for a month or so until I replaced the valve. Works as long as you only use a cold wash and your cold water is not too cold as to make the machine want to add some hot. If it does this then simply press start to clear the fault.
