SOURCE: Red Light Blinks 4 straight imes

I have over 10 years experience in electronic tech support.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but the problem you've described can't be fixed with troubleshooting. Your TV will have to be repaired. There is a part that has developed a defect and needs to be replaced. The 4 red blinks is similar to an error code. It represents what's wrong with the TV to a service tech who knows how to repair it. If you're still in warranty, the TV will be repaired at no charge to you. The warranty would likely be at least one year from the date of purchase from the manufacturer. If you purchased an extended service plan they will repair the TV at no charge as well.

If the TV is no longer in warranty, it will likely cost a minimum of $150 parts and labor. This is assuming that you only need a power supply module. If the problem is one of the video circuit boards, the price of repair could go much higher.

I hope I've provided you useful assistance and that this information allows you to make an informed decision as to how to proceed from here. Please be sure to vote on my response. I hope I've earned a good rating from you today.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

SOURCE: TV off...cant get out of standby mode

Sounds like the connections on the CRT Socket or CRT circuit board. Remove back and check connections.
You could also have buildup on the cathodes of the electron gun (internally) to redimie you must have set in operation and viewing video. Tap the neck of the tube gently while watching for the colors to change until they Stabileize, this is best seen whith the color turned off.
Good Luck

SOURCE: red power light blinking on my denon avr 1907,

This is a protection mode. The receiver protection circuit detects an internal problem like missing power supply voltage or blown channel and shuts down the receiver. You need to bring the unit to a repair facility.

Only red light is blinking on my denon avr 1508

It sounds like you overloaded the Denon avr with too much resistence from the speakers. Please check the total resistence of the speakers before you connect them all. Also check that the speakers or their wires are not shorted!

DENON AVR 1507 short?

unplug it, let it set for about 15 min., plug it back in and see what happens. Hopefully it will recycle itself. If that fails, with your theater remote, you can pull up it's functions screen on your TV, and probably return it to factory default settings. That would be a last resort for me before seeking professional help. Good luck. . .

turns on for a few seconds then immediately goes into standby, attempted to reset by holding in on speaker a and b as instructed with no luck, any other suggestions?
A very obvious evidence shows there is a DC coming out of the speaker terminals.

https://www.hifiengine.com/manual_library/denon/avr-681.shtml?_e_pi_=7%2CPAGE_ID10%2C1610027943

first download service manual.
check any DC voltages developed at the speaker
output terminals. Differential amps got damaged ,shorted, are common. Check for any shorted transistors of pre-amp stage which amplifies voltage.

ITS ON STANDBY MODE & NOT ABLE TO GET ITS DISPLAY

Try this, not sure if the same would work for ya.

Swich off the amplifier.
Prior to the process check the wires connecting the speakers are not creating a short circuit which is apparently putting the amplified into a standy mode.

1. Press the "A" "B" and power key all at the same time and hold on to it.
2. The amp will go into a reset mode and will keep blinking till it gives a normal "click" sound and the amp turns on.
3. this process would take about 2 - 3 minutes.
4. You may then release the buttons.
5. If it goes into a standby mode again and does not power on, or the standby keeps blinking, get assistance from the engineer.
6. Once it is on, you shall need to do the resetting of alll the configurations done earlier.

Hope it works, it costed me 3k to get the job done.
