The keypad on my Motorola W755 cell phone is inoperative except for the power on/off key.you can still receive incoming calls by flipping open the phone.

dont worry.its only the key pard problem.you need to replace the key pad and dont forget to ask the repirer to clean the circut board.avoid hard use of key pad.take care
may be your keypad might have worn out or your phonse's software might be under problem. try replacing the keypad in your phone and check it out. it it does not work still then remove the user serviceable parts like panels batteries and clean then using a clean damp cotton cloth.be sure the cloth is not much wet to affect the ic's of the phone.it this also does not work get a pro to attend your phone's software problem,
download the set of programs from that link i sent you, if u hav installed drivers for ur v3 as yet, jus plug in the cable n folow the prompts n select the folder called p2k drivers, afer that restart ur pc, install rds lite 2.4 n plug ur fone back in n browse for the small in the the key pad folder n flash ur fone... that shud fix ur keypad issue
Usually this means that you need to take it to a repair shop to have the keypad replaced but truthfuly it would be cheaper just to get a new phone. Hope this helps =)
Hi There,
If this phone is brand new it is faulty
and should be returned to seller. This problem usualyy occurs when u have a faulty flex cable
either on the screen or the entire keypad assembly. One of these would need to be replaced by a repair tech for v3 phones.Hope this helps.
