SOURCE: I have a dual fuel
Hi, the problem has been posted under microwave and the model number is missing.
However: if you have already replaced the ignitor check if the glow bar (ignitor) glows. If the glow bar does not glow the problem is the flame safety device(control valve). If the ignitor glows the safety device is OK and problem is either burner(s) or control board. Two burners failing at once is quite unlikely.
Here service manual for a Kitchenaid single oven. Parts numbers are different but wiring diagram and testing procedure are more or less the same as in your double oven.

replace the light bulb first remove the screws located on the vent grill at the
top of the microwave, tilt the grill back and then pull away to remove. After
this open the light cover , you have to remove the screws so that you can
discard the old light bulb and then replace it with a new one. Please get back
to me if you have any other questions.
