Dell M2010 Not booting up.... Craziest dell story to date

I got a dell m2010 It wont boot up and I all I got is the power light and bluetooth light to come on. whats wrong with it. and what all I need to buy to fix it.... ( But I think its a conspiracy on dell be half i seem many people with the same problem a M2010 is not a cheap system.. this i my 2nd one that did this. "But, what make this crazy is that the 1st one that did this, I had tossed in the closet because it was dead. When my 2nd one stop working 2days ago, I powered up the old one just to see what would happen and it work like a charm, like nothing was never wrong with it..... I think dell need a good ol law suit. I piad almost 5,000 for my system and I have 2. Thats a price of a car almost. Warranty are no warranty if this keep always happen with a system they need to recall them are give people they money back.
