My L295 fax machine does not recieve and print

I have L295 fax machine. It sends fax but does not recieve. That is, it does not print. It says check printer ##322

Error message check printer ##322 displays due to faulty Fuser Assembly. You can send Fax and receive but cant print due to faulty fuser assembly. Replace fuser assembly to fix your printing problem and error message.

    Change your faulty fuser assembly.

    Fuser Assembly Replacement Procedure:

    Remove upper cover(4screw), than remove axis with few small rollers, than remove from right side toner crg holder ( black plastic peace on right machine metal side ), unscrew 2 screw on black cover, remove it, unscrew two screws on metal cover ( beneath black plastic cover that you removed )

Dear
As the model is not mentioned its difficult to right solution. But in general when a document sent from memory some times this happen. This is frequent if memory recieved is more and not printed.
Its cleared on printing all memory recieved or memory cleared(all received fax will deleted).
Also sending fax manually may be done.I.e.Dial the fax no.get the fax tone load the document press start or send. Also in setting the scanning resolution may be minimised up to150/200dpi for less memory.

You either have a paper path blockage or your feed rollers are worn. You'll need to take it apart to check though. Try removing paper, turning machine off and on and re-inserting paper. Remember to fan (separate) paper before loading, it could be static causing the sheets to stick together and jam in the machine.

Most likely the machine has been set to "manual receive" from either "fax/tel" or "automatic" receive. check your manual to check/ change the setting.

How to connect canon L295
Hi THe main difference in the phone fax line is that if you are only using as a fax plug the cable from phone socket into the line socket sometimes this may be marked line/tel then the hand held phone goes into the tel socket.this should make it a little clearer..line to wall socket ....and tel to hand telephone

Paper feeding when printing recieved faxes
If this is primarily happening with receipts from one sending fax machine, the most likely cause is that the sending machine is transmitting an end code that causes this page to print.
