Scanner has recently started to read only the first page of multi document scans although it appears to have taken them all through.
When the first few pages have gone through the scanner it stops with the title panel showing. This is completed and the 'Attached' button pressed. The result is the input vanishes, the panel remains and the scanner takes through one more page but does not read it.
You must have 'checked' the multipage option in the scanning software. Try scanning first page only and store as say temp1 and later all pages as temp2. If the file size is different you can deduce that the scanner has scanned all pages! To view multipage files, you need a proper software.

Can't set up scanner. Need help to download driver or whatever I need to be able to use scanner.
I find that the scanner is not reading multiple pages...it seems to be pages without lots of print on them because I will run the second page through by itself and the scanner still won't copy the image.
I want to scan multi page document and then send all pages in one attachment in an email. I now get 5 separate attachments.
