Does your battery indicator go low? Sounds like a low charged or bad battery. The signal looks good until you start dialing (transmitting) then the battery voltage drops causing low signal and disruption. Try a nother battery for a test. If the unit has been dropped the circuit board is damaged but you can easly test that with a known good battery.

WHY DO I LOSE MY CONNECTION TO THE NET WITH MY CELL-C HUAWEI E1752 3G USB INTERNET STICK BEFORE MY ACTIVE DATA BUNDLE HAS DEPLETED?

If the device has worked for you in other locations, the most likely answer is that you have low signal strength from your network carrier to your device. To test if low signal strength is the problem, try moving your laptop to another location, closer to the cell tower you think might be servicing you to see if it starts working. If your laptop connect software has the ability to show you the signal strength, look to see how many dBm the signal strength is. The larger the negative number, the worse it it. Below -85 dBM, you will have frequent drop outs.
-75 to -80 dBm should give you usable results. -65 dBM and lower should give you very good results. If you can only find the strength in bars, 1 or 2 bars is bad, 3 bars marginal, 4 & 5 bars useful to good. You can buy repeater devices which pick up cell signals and rebroadcast them, making them stronger for you laptop to pick up the cell signal. They usually have an external antenna port which you can put outside and high to help pull in the signal. Trees, hills, and rain all block and lower the signal strength between you and the cell tower. Distance is also a big factor.

How to improve signal strength on a wireless network

The success of a wireless network depends on the signal strength. A strong signal is required so all networking devices can communicate with each other. A weak signal causes low bandwidth preventing communication between hosts and causing network disruption.

Pay attention to router placement. It should be away from walls, floor, and glass and metal objects, all of which disturb wireless signals. If possible, place the router in a central location.

Change your router's standard antenna to use a high-gain antenna that sends signals in one direction. This way signals can be focused in the required direction. Standard antennae send signals in all the directions, which may not be desirable especially if the router needs to be placed next to a wall.

Use a wireless repeater, the device that enhances range of a wireless network.

Change the channel on which the router is functioning. Similar to radio stations, routers function on different channels one of which may give better performance than the other.

Ensure the network card installed in the hosts is capable of receiving and sending signals to the router. In this respect, using equipment from one manufacturer is better.

Check the vendor's site regularly for latest updates, performance enhancing tips and fixes.

if you need more information regarding improvement of wireless network, visit THIS site.

T mobile login to my account

when you make a call from a T-Mobile device, you may choose to block your Caller-ID information, which you can generally do by dialing *67 prior to dialing the called party's number. Refer to the specific instructions for your communication device regarding Caller ID Blocking for other or different dialing instructions. Please note, however, that Caller ID Blocking does not prevent the display of your information when you dial certain business numbers, including 911, 900 numbers, or toll-free numbers. For more specific information or instructions, you may reach a customer service representative by dialing 611 from your T-Mobile phone or 1-800-937-8997 from any phone

I have full signal strength, but NO NETWORK!!

I've resolved numerous problems with phone that has a signal but cannot make calls.

What I did is to I reset the phone, but it'll completely delete all files in the phone memory.

If you want to reset the phone, perform this steps:

Turn ON the phone without a sim card then tap on the dial pad.

press *2767*3855#

phone will then reboot & put the sim card back in..

Try to make a call..

Hope that'll help you..

Happy Holidays.

Phone resets itself while talking

Try processing a PRL update. This has to be initiated through customer care. Give them a call and request that they set your phone number for a PRL update and then after hanging up with them you will dial *2 and follow the prompts for this request. This should provision your phone with the surrounding towers and improve your signal strength. Also, of course, make sure your battery is fully charged. WinMobile phones aren't known for their battery life.

I don't have any way to test the signal strength. Have you tried it from different areas of town, are you even close to a tower? Try dialing *611 which should take you to your CSP and you would know if the phone even communicates with the tower.

Volumne on Akai LCT3285TA

Often a signal might experience a super-quick "drop" in signal strength, and the display is automatically adjusting the now weaker audio signal to "mono" (temporary, as for best quality). But the dropout is usually so brief you will then see the "stronger" signal restored [full strength], and now the audio is "stereo".

It's like a "bump" or "disturbance" that occasionally affects the cable/satellite/OTA (antennae) signal being fed into the TV, and your display's attempts to compensate for the weaker signal [going to mono, then back to stereo once back to full strength].
Connecting it to your cable directly (bypassing the box) or an antenna would give you a true over-the-air signal, which would be proper MTS and would not give you any more pop ups.
