In this type of radio equipments they use PCBs which carry frequency in case the frequencies gets back to factory or changes due to corruption of that PCB then it is required to be reset again with the help of a pc and that can be done by manufacturer only as the frequencies are not known to the users.
Sorry, the T5620 is a disposable/ non-repairable radio. You might try checking to see if your battery pack has failed. Switch a known good battery into the radio and see if it solves the problem. Also, clean your battery contacts on the charger/radio and battery with a pencil eraser to insure you are getting a good charge.
