When I Power up My Motorola Razr V3 I get boot loader message

When I power up my Motorola RAZR all I get is a screen which states Boot Loader with some number jargon then a message on the same screen which states OK to program USB transfer mode with a phone code number . Please help!

At you the program has flied, the software loader therefore is loaded. You should program phone again. Programs are for this purpose necessary the driver, cable USB. Or give to repair.

hold * and # and Power On when the phone is off..do this two times if first time not solves the problem. If you still have the problem it means the soft is broken and must be implemented again

Unable to use
Do a phone reset

try holding down the power
remove the back cover and battery
(at this point briefly let up on the power)
remove the sim card
wait for "insert sim card" message
remove battery
reinsert sim card and battery
release power key when the splash screen comes up
