Why wont it let me conect to internet it will for ten minutes then shuts down and says unidentified problem and shuts down the laptop

Hold down the power button for about ten seconds and the laptop will actually shut down. Then restart.

Your laptop has a manual IP on it you will have to dis able the IP and make it automatic for it to browse the net would have been more detailed if I knew the operating system u are using

I have a similar problem when connecting to a new network with my laptop sometimes.
I would try two things:
-Restart your netbook and see if it will connect, sometimes that's all it needs
-"Reset" your wireless router. This does NOT mean hit the reset button to get rid of all settings, instead, just unplug it for ten seconds and plug it back in.

Unplug your router and modem both for 1 minute and then reconnect them. It is probably a DNS error

directly connect the dsl modem to your pc and then restart your system. once your up and running the pc should automatically create a connection with the modem device. once you have established an internet connewction this way, shut down the system and reboot. after complete bootup, unplug the power supply cords to both the modem and the router. now plug im the modem, wait 1 minute and plug in the router. after about a minute you should now be able to connect to the internet both by your pc and wireless connections.

Make sure that the computer supports WIFI.
and also if you using a laptop, then you should change the settings in the laptop...

Try disabling firewall software that must be preventing access to network. disable and reenable the lan card might also help

sounds like security shut down which will start run for second then shut down after several time the security will shut down completely.......you can try what is called the relearn proceedure..this is what you dealer will do...might have to put battery charger on car first... then put key in ignition and turn to the run position do not crank leave it in the on position for ten minutes...... then turn key to the off position then back to the run position again for another ten minutes.....for the last time turn key off then back to run for the last ten minute cycle.... after the final ten minutes is up turn key to off position then attempt to start... let me know

i think there are two causes for this reason.1/ ur processer fan is not working properly. at that time u should get this message as thearmal heat. then ur computer shutdown. 2/ setting of power option my be fixed 10 minnutes. we should kee poweroption always never shutdown.
