try cleaning up the headset hole in the phone using a cue-tip for ears. dry . and if the headset icon doesn't disappear un-plug and re-plug the jack eventually power off / on restarting the phone. see if this helps ;) good luck!
Tap the speaker icon in the status bar, next to the clock one, and make sure that the 'On' checkbox is selected, and that the right slider (for phone) is all the way up. In case these settings seem to be correct, try to soft reset your phone, but sliding its keyboard open, and pressing the reset pin (at the right of the right softkey) with the stylus pen. If you still keep facing this issue afer a soft reset, your phone speaker might be faulty. Consider using either the wired headset or a bluetooth one for phone calls. Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon. Anyway, please, let me know if you need further informations. Regards,Carlos
Sounds like a serious problem with the laptop. Since it's new, I would try to return or exchange the product at the store your bought it at to see if that rectifies the problem.
Without a task bar or icons, you won't be able to go to the recommended restore or recovery console options.
That's why I would recommend that you try to hurry up and get warranty replacement of the product before it's too late.
if the battery is fully charged, it won't animate. but there will be a little electrical plug over the battery symbol. as long as the plug is there, your good.
