Whirlpool washer duet

Shows code of f06 fills w/water and pumpsout motor wont engage

    I have an F6 promblen and don't know how to check the harness connection where is it and how do I do it

    Same issue, note sure if it is the MCO, CCU, or motor...

    Had the same problem. Just fixed it. The wire harness from the MCU to the drive motor had two bad terminated ends at the motor on the connector. I took the connector apart and re-terminated the wires on the connector. I couldn't have done it without this site!!!

Drive Motor Tachometer Error
The control is unable to properly detect motor speed and the machine will shut down. If a failure occurs during high-speed spin, the door will be unlocked after 3 minutes.

  • Check wire harness connections between the Drive Motor/Tachometer and the Motor Control Unit (MCU), and between the MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU)
  • Check the Drive Motor
  • Check the MCU
  • Check the Wire Harness

Potential Causes

• Check wire harness connections between the Drive Motor/Tachometer and the Motor ControlUnit (MCU), and between the MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU)

I think these problems are related to water inlet, take off the hoses from the back of washer and you will find a screen in the outlets clean with old tooth brush until clear.

The following list of codes indicates an electronics communication problem with the washer: - Duet HT washer - F01, F03, F06, F11, F23, F24, F27, F28, F29, F30, F31, F32, F35, F42, F61, F62, F63, F64, F65, F70, F71, and F99

If Pause/Cancel does not work:
  1. Unplug washer or disconnect power for one minute.
  2. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
  3. Re-select the cycle and press Start.
NOTE: If the error remains on the display, call for service.

I would first replace the door latch/lock assembly, a number of users have and it fixed the F-11 error code completely. Its the cheapest part for this problem.

f06 usually means problem in motor speed circuit either main control or motor control or possible wiring connections..FH is usually a problem with the flow meter left side under top has small hose from fill valve and one to dispenser...it's not reading water flow to machine a light tap may help confirm problem if doesn't help may need to change flow meter anyway small switch on small bd with wires will stick and not signal main bd there is water flow
