RP, Your problem seems to be that of settings. Have you placed the settings in the right places? Settings are given by the service provider, BSNL in your case. Call their helpline and ask them the following: IP number, port number, proxy settings. They will tell you what and how to do it. Once that is done, then only wud u be able to enjoy surfing. Visit my site www.theroyaldelicious.info and leave me msg in my guest book.

SOURCE: Nokia 7210 Supernova handset can not access net

My Nokia 7210 Supernova handset can not access internet, though it is working on P.C. as a modem. Tough all settings are installed properly. My service provider is BSNL, UP East Circle (Faizabad district). GPRS Problem in my handset nokia2630, bsnl prepaid. I save message sent by bsnl. G is coming and sometimes E is coming at left of Set. When I try to connect gprs it shows subscribe packet data first. This...

hi....

think you didnt select your BSNL settings as default setting ,so only your getting as 'subscribe to packet data first'.

As you said it says 'only 20 sets are allowed', there are plenty GPRS settings present in your mobile.please go to default configuration settings and delete all the settings which you previously stored in it.

Now call your BSNL and ask them for the GPRS settings they wil send GPRS setting and MMS settings also. please save it and make it as default settings.Then you can start using the GPRS connection.

If you didnt select it as default setting,follow the below steps to set it,

please follow the steps down to set your BSNL setings as default.

Menu--->Settings---->Configuration---->Default configuration settings.

open this menu and select BSNL as your default service provider,
Then you can start using your GPRS.

Thanx

No gprs settings from bsnl customer care for N73

hey there! thanks for using Fixya.com!!

I suggest that you should go to their office to set it manually. If they can't able to send you the over-the-air settings. Nokia N73 is GPRS capable, but I think it should be done manually.

Thanks & Regards!
