Yes you have to have the Cyan developer unit removed and have the developer changed. Once installed there are certain procedures to follow. If you don't follow the procedures you will be buying another bag of developer and start hole process over again

Hello there if u enter the service mode and it shows and password it means that the user or the service before has activated the CE password that means that you can enter if you do not know the password. Either way you have to try to enter the default CE password that is 92729272 or 00000000 or 123456789 the first one if not change should open acess to the service mode if not you have to call the konica minolta for NVRAM reset procedure there is no other alternative.

Enter in the service mode and select counter mode and reset a counter to selected parts.

Try cleaning the corona wire housing by disassembling it and washing it with dish washing liquid, or replace it with new. or maybe you got the wrong corona wire. or maybe try to install it the right tightness.
