this refers to a 60 day trial thats preinstalled onto a new computer, though i think the same shall work for your needs

Once a trial version has been installed, it will prevent further attempts to install trial versions. This is to prevent avoiding the purchase by multiple installs of trial versions.
There is no way to avoid this. Sorry.

Maybe you didn't activate your trial?
You cannot use the trial prodct without activating.

May be you u cross the trial version limit ( Some company provide the 3 time use the trial version) now purchase the license, other option u have to format your computer but its not recommended.
