How do I get my galaxy note 5 to pair with road king rk200 wireless Head set

Try the simple basics first. Turn both items off, give it a minute then turn both units back on. Make sure both units are in pairing mode.
You might have to go into Settings on your Note 5 and turn the 'phone visibility' on.
Check there is nothing else paired to each unit and then retry to pair the Note to the speakerphone.

Not sure how you are connecting the devices, so I'll assuming by a USB cable. In Android you have to change your device from charge only, to storage mode. If you are connecting by bluetooth, you have to pair the devices. Pairing on Android is fairly robust, but Windows and be a challenge. Often times the bluetooth drives are flakey, particularly with Windows XP, etc.
