Hi Lola, if you can't find a visible filter access, then you will have to tilt the machine backwards and you should be able to see the pump that way. It may not have a filter at all and the sump hose would need to be removed to gain access to any obstruction from tub to pump. If there's nothing blocking the pump then you most likely have a bad drain pump. I suggest calling a local repair company if you don't feel comfortable tackling this problem yourself. Suggest you check pump filter.
you will find it located at the rear right side of the m/c.
Remove lower rear panel, there you will see a large black hose, remove securing clip, and detach hose, the filter is located inside, remove and clean, make sure you put everything back in the same order you took it off.
This should solve your prob. Make sure the drain hose is not clogged and the outlet is clear also.
