If those options don't work, it may be sediment build up in the valve(s) themselves.

SOURCE: low pressure on hot water taps and showers

Many states building codes require a pressure regulator and expansion tank for hot water heater installation. Check the pressure regulator if you have one as this would only affect the hot water pressure. Adjust or replace. Rap the expansion tank like knocking hard on a door. Hollow sound is good. Dull thud means it needs to be replaced as it is filled with water.

SOURCE: hot water tap only warm water in bathroom but hot in kitchen

Usually when you are having a problem at only one fixture, and not any others it is a sign that you have a faulty fixture. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Very loww water pressure when taking a shower,

It could be debris in the cartridge at the tap itself. Whther 2 cartidges or 1 , it wouldn't be uncommon for those to clog up as well, and it really doesn't take much to cause a decrease in flow. Turn water off to tap(s) and remove handles, then cartridges in behind with proper socket or wrench and inspect for debris inside hole cartridge came out of, as well as the cartridge.

Some taps are designed to release excess pressure but it could just be a dodgy tap washer that leaks when the pressure of hot water in pipe work builds. Change the tap washer in your tap, see if it fixes it, if not it's just the design.

Hot water flow is fine to the bath but to the bathroom basin and downstairs kitchen sink it is just a trickle. We recently had a new kitchen fitted and the problem has arisen since.

Check the end of the tap where the water comes out, if there is a fine filter on there it may be blocked, unscrew the end where the filter is and clean, if clean you have a restriction in the pipes

Very low pressure when turn on the hot water faucet in sink

Shut off the water supply and open your faucets, and apply air pressure (min. 30psi) to dislodge any blockage in the pipes.
