SOURCE: ICe maker switch

Yes, that is the internation symbol for on and off (refers to binary 1 and 0). The bar (or 1) is on and circle (or 0) is off.

SOURCE: my bosch ice maker/water filter no water dispensed

Doubtful that it is a frozen line..possible, but doubtful...I would look more toward a faulty water valve or a clogged filter. If filter was recently changed and it didn't help, water valve would be my next move. On rare occassions, the filter head (where the filter hooks into), can get obstructed with small debris...I would check the inlet water valve ( where your water line connects to the frig at)....If it was a heater issue, you would have other issues than proper water output.

Ice maker water volume

When you open the Freezer Door, There's a Square Button "inside" the ice maker door compartment.. You'll see the White machine area of the mechanics of the ice maker in front of you. Place your finger under it towards the Left and Press! This will cause the Ice Cubes to fall out .. My "teen" nephew discovered it while staying with us over a summer! How much you wanna bet Bosch knows about this issue & still wants us as unknowing consumers to pay? Horrible!

My Bosch ice maker has a problem. It has frozen over and does not dispense the ice cubes, the refrigerator thinks it has dispensed the cubes and so try's to fill the ice cube tray up again with wa

Ice makers have heaters that loosen the cubes when time for harvest. Sounds like the heater on yours is bad, or maybe the ice maker itself is just bad. Most likely will have to replace ice maker.

Have had Bosch refrigerator for about three weeks - love it - but, after about three days it started clicking or knocking - did this for about thee days and stopped for a week - now it is doing it again...

Well one of two things ,first is it could be the ice maker and those pops are the ice coming off the rack which I suspect and the other is a relay clicking coming in and out of defrost cycle for the ice maker. Get enough ice made and have the switch in the up position and see if it stops, if not try and locate it and tells us again

Bosch Evolution B20CS50SNS about two years old. No ice is dispensed. Looked inside and tray is frozen over solid. Also looks like water has overflowed and frozen down in bin. Could not figure out how to...

I've had lots of problems with my Bosch refrigerator ice maker. The ice tray has a tab on the back corner that twists the tray when it cycle to empty the ice. That tab broke off and when I looked into replacing the ice tray the authorized Bosch dealer said the tray is only sold with the complete ice maker unit. Sells for about $160. I have a hard time spending $160 for another complete ice maker when I only need a $10 replacement ice tray. This ice maker is sub-par for an appliance name brand like Bosch.

Ice maker not working bosch refridgerator

Had the same problem. If there is ice in the bin make sure the ice bin is in all the way. there is a
drive gear in the back that has to be engaged. If the
bin is emty open the little door where you can see
if there is ice, on the left you will see the square
end of the ice maker unit. Slip your fingers under
the front face, palm of your hand facing up so you
can feel the bottom of the front of the unit. Over
to the left you will feel a button that you can not
see. Just push it in for a few seconds and the unit
should start. One other thing, make sure the limit
switch is pulled down, thats the plastic on the
wire which shuts the unit off if it is full. Good Luck.

No water in ice maker

check water supply
check water valve
check for frozen water tank
check if the ice maker is calling for water by cycling the ice maker (remove cover, put jumper wire between holes marked T and H close door switch and let ice maker advance till it clicks, remove jumper wire, close door and give it several minutes to activate water valve, if it never does you need a new ice maker.

Ice maker not ejecting ice and then tries to fill tray and leaks

The Ice Maker Tray had a small plastic piece break off. This piece aids the tray in bending to dislodge the ice from the tray. Bosch does not just sell the tray, you will have to buy the whole ice maker assembly. You will need to order Part # 0422 from Bosch. I was not very happy about having to spend $112.00 for this whole assembly when all I really needed was a simple ice cube tray.
Save the $112 and remove the ice maker. Buy Ice at the grocery store.
