F5790 one of the cutters fits correctly, but bounces more than the other two. Also makes a noise different to the other two. Have interchanged cutters but still the same outcome. Any ideas please ?

I have found that although they may look similar, with out changing brackets and adding new pulleys they will not interchange. Also decks from the same manufacturer will be different in different years.
there is no interchange. Have someone reputable fix the one that is in the vehicle. It is computer sensitive. If you could find a different kind of unit to put in it it would not work correctly. and it would have the check engine light on. Sorry what you have is what you need. Have it fixed or go to the car lot and trade it for something different.
Hi There, Ok so the hose definitely cannot be interchanged, all the dysons have a different (slightly) fitting where the hose clips to the vacuum. The head I think can be fitted from a DC19. To be sure I would buy the correct one for your model. Dyson have a bad habit of using different fittings for different models to force you into buying the proper dyson one. With the DC05 and earlier you could adapt heads from normal vacuums but they stopped it from dc08 on.
Most likely, there is a build up preventing the foil from latching into place properly. See video at shaveroutlet.com to help correct this problem. See link below
You may find that the print head assembly is not engaging correctly. This could be due to a build up of adhesive on the print head or roller assy. Clean the print head area to remove any adhesive residue . Also ensure that the tape cartridge is located correctly and that the cutter blade is fitted correctly as the tape can catch on this.
