If you're using Firefox, click on "Tools" at the top of the page, click on "Options" which is at the bottom of the list that comes up, then click Advanced, choose Network from the four tabs below that. There should be a sentence "configure how Firefox connects to the Internet". Click on the button next to it that says "settings". and make sure that "Auto-detect proxy settings for this network" has a dot in the little circle. If not, click on it and click on OK.
You may have to shut down Firefox (your internet browser programme), then try getting in again. Should have sorted it.

WJ Enabled is UltraSurf.... just don't use UltraSurf for firefox. Go to Tools>>Add-ons>>UltraSurft Firefox Tool and select Disable or Uninstall...

ok well if you are using chrome then all you have to do is go to about:plugins and then on your top right their should be a button labled details click on it then find your flash plug in you should have 2 and if not you should download a newer version and if you already have the newest plug in then you should diable the old one and enable the new one and then it should fix your problem
