Hi dear.
Regarding your information, I would say Child lock has been activated. I do not know what model or serial number of your dryer but you need to refer your machine's user manual or contact Bosch for deactivate child lock. I hope that helps. Thanks.
Use high efficiency detergent that s more concentrated.
It uses MUCH lesser detergent VoLUME than conventional.
The detergent has "He" letter on the bottle. And usually with FULl load it uses only about 150+-cc ( my cup is on 3marked level provided by the detergent bottle)
Hope this helps!

Try rotating the load size / water level selector switch back and forth. If this works, then your switch is going out. If it keeps on filling and doesn't stop, then your selector switch OR the level sensor (both located in compartment behind controls) is bad (probably level sensor).
The motor is locked out until the water level requirement is met, then the level switch allows the motor to be turned on.
during transport there are fittings installed to prevent damage to the machine. The shaft may have got bent but before panic sets in try to check 1. that there is a gap between the mahine and units
2. that the unit is leveled.
This is joyce
It is according to what cycle you have it set on and what kind of detergent you are using. if you use something other than HE detergent you may have a very long cycle, its trying to get all the suds out of your clothes, and yes the cycles do range that high.
Wow... so it moves like a jackhammer, that's not normal. Have them replace the unit, it's obvious to see that it has a defect. Can't blame the vendors, they don't know that and they must know it.
make sure you remove all the shipping bolts per installationinstructions then rock washer with hand and screw legs down till it doesn't rock then load an go call me back if any problems
