Please help me on how to do with this printer ricoh 201spf the error is sc500

Turn off the power for at least 5 to 10 minutes and then on. That code means that the main motor is locked.

Your main motor is hard to turn.. Check your Drum unit. Pull it out then on the back side you'll find a small agitator gear then tried to turn it. If it doesn't rotate then you might have to change its paddle gears, idle gear or that development sleeve is stuck. Hope it helps.
