Goodman package heatpump blower motor contant running

check your themostat fan mode switch to see if it in on or auto. It should be in auto. If this does not stop indoor fan motor, (it may take up to 2 minutes for the fan to stop, preprogrammed shutoff in the thermostat and fan control cards may make you think the fan has not stopped ) If this does not stop the fan the fan control board in your air handler has a green wire shorting to 24 volt signal in the theromostat wire or the contact on the blower control card is stuck and will need replaced.

Airhandler- the themostat is on auto/I understand cool, heat.emerg heat,The (G) terminal-then why heat mode or,emer heat fan blows?Only when i switch to cool mode the handler still want start up blowing...

the fan fill come on with the sequencer (stack switch you call it) it will also come on with the fan relay. on some goodmans the fan relay is the black box on the circuit board. use a jumper to jump red to green, this should bring the fan on sounds like you could have a broken green wire, try using a different wire instead of green

I need to replace my blower motor on my air handler

Turn off power to machine and have a 5/16" or 1/4" nut driver handy take off front door of machine. Take a rubber coated Screw driver and place across the terminals of the Capacitor to discharge any stored electricity. Cut wires for blower Black, Red, white, two browns one with white lines on it probably. Look inside machine and locate where bracket holds squirrel cage to air handler and there you will find either 5/16" or 3/8" screw remove pull bracket out. Then you will need a 1/2" socket and a crescent wrench. Remove screws for motor bracket that is attached to squirrel cage. Also you need to loosen the set screw that attaches blower wheel to motor. Apply wd-40 if needed to remove blower wheel from motor. Then install new motor on the flat part of the shaft comes through wheel attach set screw to motor shaft at that position. Install new cap that goes with motor. place entire housing of motor back into air handler and then follow wires that where previously cut back to either relays, sequencers, or fan timer board located in top section of air handler. Tighten everything up and turn power on and make sure air is coming out of vents. Then your good to go.

Indoor blower not running, capacitor is good, blower motor is good

have you check the 24 volt transformer in the air handler? you must have 24 volts from the thermostat to the tranformer in the air handler.

Air handler running but nothing coming out of

Shut unit off, remove door that would have the blower
located in it. Make sure that the blower motor has not seized up. Try to spin it with your hand.

If the unit starts up ,fires up and shuts down all the time, more than likely the blower motor is the problem

Split straight air system with outside unit comes on and air handler does not whether on auto or on position with temp down or up

Either the thermostat, fan relay on circut board or blower motor bad. Jumper the R and G terminals together on the circut board, depress the door switch and see if the blower runs, if not, check for power to motor, capacitor and motor windings. If it runs then you have tstat/control voltage wiring problem.
