SOURCE: how to record from a cctv camera to a digital tv recoder
You can't do this at all. It will only record from its own freeview tuners.
SOURCE: linking cctv cameras over linksys router, ports
What is the problem exactly ?
For port list try this link :

Hope it helps
SOURCE: I want to watch a cctv camera on my tv but can't put tv into av without remote to watch
Please try using a univerrsal remote as the AV is switched only externally by this way. The other option is to short the AV switching transistor from the output of the processor but for this you must identify the pin and do it with care not to tamper the circuit.
This can make the AV to be ON and so help you with the cam.

If you are getting a completely blank screen on your TV then you need to check that your TV port is working (either HDMI if youre using this or CVBS). Try another TV/Monitor with VGA. Your question is a bit vague so it would help if you provided more details;
check out your operators manual first and find the storage capacity of the hard drive
if it is on continuous record then at some point the hard drive will be full and will no longer record
when it stops it may be at a point where it is self erasing ready for a new period of recording ( similar to a dash cam where every so often it self cleans so that more data can be stored
if the system has an movement or light sensor it might be best to consider that to increase the recording time
If none of this is the case then you may have to get a technician in to diagnose the fault properly
