Hold down the PAUSE Key and press CLEAR Key twice. Continue to hold the PAUSE Key until the SERVICE MENU appears. Use the Speed UP/DOWN key to scroll through the menus and the ENTER key to make a selection. Once finished CLEAR button twice will reset the machine for use.
Diagnostics is entered by holding the 'PAUSE' key when power is applied or by holding the 'PAUSE' key and pressing the 'CLEAR' key twice from any state. The unit will take approx. 3 to 4 seconds to enter Diagnostics. On entry to this state, the message:
USE ARROW KEY TO SCROLL THROUGH LIST till show on ddisplay the option "MAINTENANCE"
USE ARROW KEY TO SCROLL THROUGH LIST when display show the message "replace wax bag" press enter the display show "repair logged" and exit press the key "clear"
Let it finish. The unit is recalibrating. It will go all the way up, pause, then all the way down, then pause, then double beep. The console will return to normal. The unit was knock out of calibration by a voltage surge and the reason all treadmills should be on a surge protector when in use and unplugged when not in use
To get to the service menu start by pressing the pause button and keep it held down as you hit the clear button twice. The treadmill will reset and go into the service menu, and now you quite pressing the pause button.
You need to press and hold Pause,press clear twice. Continue to hold pause until the display reads SERVICE MENU. Press any up arrow and select SYSTEM TEST. then press enter in the desired mode,then the display will scroll automatically though available options. You want the first option which is SYSTEM COMM TEST hit enter upon do so it will perform test to communicate with all module within the treadmill. If a module does not respond to the upper console the a error message will display.
To enter the Manager's Configuration, press and hold down the PAUSE key and press the
CLEAR key twice. Continue to hold down the PAUSE key until the MESSAGE CENTER displays
the words “SERVICE MENU”. Then, release the PAUSE key, press the QUICK START
key, and press ENTER. The MESSAGE CENTER then displays, in turn, each of the configuration
settings.
