SOURCE: I can't get my 2007 virago 250 to start.

It sounds like you have a plugged jet or needle in your carb. It will start with a spray, and turning it over sends fuel out of the line means the fuel pump is working. Go over the main jet, needle jet and float needle closely, not to miss any small openings that may be plugged.

SOURCE: I replaced gas tank, fuel

A mechanical fuel pump works off a lobe on the cam, usually. I have seen these cams wear down to the point that the fuel pump does not operate correctly. A quick test is to; remove the fuel lines from the pump, plug the oulet side of the pump with your finger, install a vacumm gauge on the inlet side and crank the engine. The gauge should show good vacumm and you should feel pressure against your finger. If none of these exist then you should replace the camshaft.

2003 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 classic has a fuel leak from the carburetor

More than likely you have a bad fuel petcock. No fuel should go from tank to carb without the engine running because the fuel is pulled by vacuum. Remove line from petcock an have it set to on or reserve position and if fuel comes out it is bad, and let's the fuel continue to flow to the carb and seep into the engine oil also. Mine was bad and had my oil thin as water with all the gas in it. Wonder it didn't wash a bearing out of the engine. Check and drain oil immediately if the petcock is bad.

2005 hyunsung comet 250 blowing oil and gas out of breather while running.

It may be running ridiculously rich or the float in the carburetor is stuck open and pouring fuel into the cylinder while it sits. Drain the oil and if fuel is in it, you probably have a carb issue. Getting oil in the air filter box is not unheard of because a hose connects the crankcase to the breather box to let unburned fumes back into the cylinder. I'm not familiar with this bike but I've known some bikes had a tendency to cough up oil into the air intake if you ran it wide open on the throttle. The older big displacement kawasaki vulcan cruisers come to mind.

2002 Kawasaki KLX 300 R how to rebuild the carburetor

Source: kawasaki klx
Fist, Shut off the fuel at the fuel tap. Second, remove the drain screw, and drain any remaining fuel from the float bowl. Reinstall the drain screw. Third, remove the two 8mm mounting bolts from the rear of the carburetor body.
Step 4. Release the clamp, and remove the fuel line from the right side of the carburetor.
Step 5. Remove the spacer from between the carburetor and the intake pipe.

My crankcase keeps filling up with fuel and gas starts coming out of the fresh air intake tube why?

Hi,
The problem would be the gas float stopper in the carburetor.
Better open the carb and check the float valve if it stops the flow of fuel when the float chamber is already filled.
Your mechanic or you can adjust the pin stopper by moving /adjusting the float pin seat.
Hope that helps you out.
