How can i unlock my mifi 2372 for it to used another sim since i am in sierra Leone and at&t sim can not work Here and i have even forgotten the at&t number

The MiFi is not meant to be cabled to your computer while in use. The manual says the cable is only for software updates and charging it when not in use. Just turn it on without the cable and the computer should detect it. Be aware that it takes a long time to boot up (maybe a minute or so) and that even when the little blue light comes on at the side of the device it can still be another 10-15 seconds before the computer will see it.
