Do what I did 6 yrs ago. Dump YA-Hoo mail. It' s not all that useful.
I went w/ inbox.com & have at least 5 unique w/ them. Can use as online only, or do what I do.....
I use Safari as my normal search engine, but I set FFox to open w/ inbox.com sign on page as homepage. I just open FFox & can use it as a dual mail pgrm & 2nd search engine... works well.
Inbox.com is just 10000k more useful as a mail pgrm.
I also have all my email address/ accounts auto load to my own Mail pgrm. (mac mail), u should
have your own mail pgrm besides the online only yaHoo/Hotbox/blueballs or what ever just because
it Works Better that way.
I am not going to go into why, again, for the 1k time... just go & try it out. 5gig free.....
Luck,
gettocar
You may try logging out then clear your cache or refresh/restart browser then logging in again. In my experience, I even switched browsers but if the problem persists, don't log out but open this link.
http://wap.oa.yahoo.com/
As you can see, it's a yahoo mobile interface but it surely works like magic although there's no way you can log out from it, simply close the browser window whenever you're done reading your emails while you still can't access your mails using the normal site.
Also, pictures are not viewable using the link, only pure texts from the email will appear.
Yahoo mail has chat activated and when you log into email it logs into Chat as well and that's why Yahoo Messanger logs you out because you cannot have two instances of it running. To fix this, on Yahoo Mail screen, under Chat & Mobile Text, select Sign out of Chat and it will show I'm Offline. In this way it won't kick you out of Yahoo Messenger anymore.
To open your e-mail inbox, you must first log-in to your account at your e-mail service provider's website.
After successfully logging in, please click on the link labeled "Inbox".
Hope this will help. ;)
Hello. I will suggest you to log-off immediately. Clear the history. Then try to log-in again by using another internet server. Check if you can see your inbox now.
There could be a few reasons for this, does anyone else have your Yahoo username and password and is logging in on another device??? also, there is a messenger area on the side of some yahoo mail inboxes which can automatically log you into yahoo messenger when you check your mail, and this of course will log you out of your main yahoo messenger, but ethier way check and double check, because if its saying this there is something else logging into your messenger, Do you have Yahoo multi id?? if so it could be that - my advice keep checking all options.
Most of the people having the same problem this week full the problem is You can log into your eMail account but the inbox-page does not load properly and turns up completely blank.
It is still possible to access your eMails, even though in a very minimalistic way.
Log in and then use the following link. It's a text-based inbox, yet better than nothing:
http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail
Hope that helps and keep your fingers crossed that yahoo! will fix this problem soon
